“A ideia para este video surgiu-me no fim de 2015 após as filmagens do video “E si propi”. Senti que este video mostrava um lado dos Fogo-Fogo que, apesar de importante, não fazia jus ao que é a realidade do seu universo. Faltava algo… Faltava o seu público e o efeito inebriante que provocam. Foi aí que propus à banda documentar os seus concertos durante o ano seguinte (2016), com vista a realizar um vídeo encarnasse o espirito Fogo-Fogo e o impacto e energia com que contagiam a audiência.” - Richard F. "Aceitamos de imediato a proposta do Richard, de nos retratar na estrada e captar ao vivo a unidade da banda, dentro e fora dos palcos. As verdadeiras estrelas do vídeo acabam por ser as pessoas que, vindas um pouco de toda a parte, nos surpreendem, com o fervor, a entrega, e a ginga que manifestam. Quem ainda não nos viu ao vivo, pode agora sentir um pouco desse calor. A música, original do guitarrista Katchás, foi gravada pelos Bulimundo no álbum Djâm Brancu Dja de 1981, e saiu num tempo em que o funaná começava a ser identificado como um símbolo de liberdade e um elemento cultural através do qual se afirmou o senso de identidade cabo-verdiana."

"I came up with the idea for this video at the end of 2015, after shooting the music video for the first single "E Si Propi". I felt that this video portrayed a side of Fogo Fogo that, although important, didn´t quite convey the reality of the bands universe. Something was missing...The audience wasn´t there and the hypnotic effect they create. It was then that I asked the band to document and record their performances during the following year (2016), with the intent of making a video that would embody Fogo Fogos spirit and the impact and energy they infect their audience with."

"We accepted right away Richards proposal. To come with us on the road and capture live the unity of the band, on and off stage. The true star of the video ends up being the audience, that, coming a bit from everywhere, always manage to surprise us with their excitment, joyfulness and surrender to the dance.
The song, originaly by Katchás, Bulimundo´s guitarrist, was first released in 1981 in the album Djâm Brancu Dja. It came out in a time when funaná was starting to be a symbol of freedom and a cultural element arising the sense of Cape Verdean identity."
